Insaf, COPs equity was for sale for many months.... deveral entered DD, but no oil major was interested at the 'ask' price except WPL. Likewise CNE's stake is quietly for sale imo... why would a major get involved in this shit fight with FAR... answer.. it would'nt. I dont work for the Govt, but DO know how they work fyi. DYOR
