Hi,
The rights normally last for the entire duration of the JOA for all partners and are generally transferred with the sale by one partner.It also provides protection for the new and existing partners investment in the venture.These rights are not just P.E rights.All partners have the right to disapprove of a new or multiple partners being brought into the venture.
So imho Far would have to offer other partners first pe rights if they themselves pe Cop and then on sold that 35%.
Can't have it just one way.
