To have a CEO reportedly say 'I dont know why COP would be concerned where the $430m came from' (or words to that effect) shows complete commercial naivety and a lack of respect to the Senegalise Govt imo.
Regards funding... 'plenty of ways' ?? Really? Why did FAR not arrange this during the many months COP's stake was being hawked around? POO was $60 during that exercise... think about it and DYOR
