A lot has changed since the dataroom in late 2015. Since the purchase their have been the extra holes drilled, resources increased, flow tests undertaken and the footprint of SNE has grown considerably. What SNE looks like now versus back in dataroom times is very different. Basically much has been derisked. That is the reason why TOTAL would possibly be prepared to pay more now.
