Great series of posts, but I do have a bone to pick. First an observation: your legal analysis is lively and astute, but you are overly prone to literal interpretation of every word and comma. This is not how things work at the business end.
Second and more importantly, since this is personal: your last bobbing up on the forum was to excoriate the members who had questioned the ridiculous "45m and right now" cash call myth that was afoot on the forum. Your contribution was to loudly ( and prematurely) call for the 'apology' of those of us who had suggested that that this was exaggerated.
Let me tell you where I stand on this: You will elicit an apology from me to the trolls when
(A) Hell has frozen over
(B) everything they have predicted has come true
(C) I am in receipt of fulsome apologies for their manifold lies.
Since B and C seem unlikely, you could be waiting for some time.
