gues63 - I was also very frustrated which is why I emailed Cath. After reading her response I feel much more confident. I really do think the Senegal Government are reviewing the situation. Unfortunately - African Countries can take time - lot of time - to do things. I remember previously waiting years for a Presidential decree just to extend the current lease off of Senegal - years!!! (though I think things have improved significantly since then - including FARs relationship with the Senegal Government - and a completely different Management team).
