- I didn't mean to confuse Cath by vaguely asking for PE status.. anyway for Cath to think of Private Equity instead of Pre Emption... not bad at all...
- progress towards the development of SNE &
- drilling other exploration prospects...

We are fully disclosed on the matter and will advise all shareholders vi ASX if there is a change in the situation.
In the meantime we progress towards the development of the SNE field and further drilling of exploration prospects which will go a long way to adding significant shareholder value in the near future."
