    How could anyone confuse PE timelines & arbitration with Private equity ?
    Do we really believe a professional CEO of a $300 million company is sending coded or subliminal messages via email ?
    I can't see why FAR can't simply update the market re the PE situation.
    It's coming up 8 months and our SP is under 8c.
    It may even speed things up.
