I agree from an investor point of view this is all classed as "uncertainty". I also think that the current situation with WPL as a participant is legally and financially real unless and until the Arbitration tribunal decides otherwise. The government of Senegal and Cairn have gone public recognising WPL participation, now it is up to the claimant FAR and their legal team to change the situation and turn the current reality on its head via arbitration.
