They've probably done that and they may have given their approval as long as the MERN transfers become completed, but I'm speculating. It's just that if Dynavolt complete their agreement first, buying in at 30 and commencing their on market purchases, then that would likely push the price North while BCC delay, then they'd be buying on market at inflated prices. It's good buying right now though
