Forget the ASX and or ASIC at present.
Go for a WA Supreme Court, "writ of summons" which any person or group can apply for.
Nothing worse for a lawyer who know they are on the edge
to have to front up to the Supreme Court to explain
their actions and or inactions.
Terrible publicity for the respondent(s).
Not expensive to begin this process.
