Well, that says it all, doesn't it.
There was No Backer as I suspected all along. It was all a bluff after wasting 8 months and Millions in legal fees (IMHO).
I mean, if I was TOTAL (the backer) who had spent Millions doing due diligence plus Millions more in legal fees and 8 months on this, I would be pretty pissed off about WPL's presentation. And I would consulting lawyers and advisers about putting out a press release to counter WPL's claims.
Silence speaks volume.
This supposed flip on the 35% was suppose to bring in tens of millions if not hundreds of millions - no?
But somehow, the drill results matter more now.
Wouldn't it add more value (with the drill results) if we hold an additional 35% to flip to TOTAL?
