I agree trickyd.
There is a pretty significant change in tone if the communications with FAR that we get from HC contributors is accurate (no reason to think otherwise).
Going from (paraphasing) "we think this is the situation and we are acting with all parties to settle dispute" t0 grumpy PR people and now "hey, dont worry about this PE thing, look at the drill go!!!", gut instinct tells me there has been a change.
I remain very positive on FAR but I think for some reason they could not get PE across the line.
Will remain patient (be in since Shell were around) and see how it ends up.
