I wondered what that can of worms you opened this morning would produce and I haven't been disappointed....
As stated in the reply, when there is material news on the subject we will be informed, which means as we haven't had material news FAR's considers the PE dispute to be alive...is it less alive ? Who know but IMO the tone of the reply has got a lot more to do with punters continuing to ask questions that FAR have clearly stated won't be answered other than by an ASX update...yet still they ask and I'm sure whoever replies spends considerable time replying in a way that keeps HC occupied for the day dissecting various nuances..I know i certainly would...
In the Meanwhile they have started testing what really matters.. oil flows...
