3) Cairn have also said similar, for example in September they said 'sometime next month', I was just after confirmation from FAR that this trasnfer is happening
4) Agree that 55% shouldn't be rounded down, particularly when 55% is better than 50%
5) unclear why there may be no TOR asx ann when it happens, seems like a good thing to announce but may want to play a quiet game from now on?
