FAR are in dispute with COP Senegal BV. yes-no?
All that has changed is the company was transacted to WPL and they changed its name. yes-no?
FAR want the asset or at least the right to PE the 35% regardless of who owns it or who defends it. yes -no?
COP said PE rights existed according to FAR via ASX release, Coleman said COP chose a different path to WPL who believe PE rights don't exist or that rights are not applicable in this case. yes-no?
FAR went from seeking arbitration on the compliance of the PE notice to seeking declaratory relief yes -no?
It makes no difference to FAR who owns it. In FAR's opinion the sale triggered PE rights that have not been honoured.
Arbitration will decide and until that is done and dusted WPL have zero certainty over the 35%. DB
