Cujo, DB's post does make sense. FAR in June 2017 never said arbitration had been filed against COP, simply that arbitration had been filed to resolve the JOA dispute.
Importantly in the 2018 FAR AGM preso the Respondent (defendant) was listed as 'COP Senegal BV', this company is owned by WPL and has had its name changed to 'Woodside Senegal BV' per the asterix on the AGM preso.
Therefore the respondent has never changed, it has always been the holding company, which has changed hands from COP to WPL.
Thats my take anyway.
