Hi DB, COP the parent company would be a party to arbitration as they sold the company (explains why they list it in their reporting). They probably don't care as it doesn't affect them materially.
WPL is also a party to the arbitration having bought the holding company and they will be the ones putting in the effort now as they have everything to lose. The holding company is only of interest as a vehicle containing the asset imo. The lawyers of the parent companies do the rocking up to arbitration as they were involved in the sale imo.
