I think DB is spot on with his assessment in that nothing has changed for FAR. One gets the feeling that other parties may need to update their positions which is unlikely and sort out the mess. Lets face it if you did your DD none of this is unexpected and one assumes plans would have been in place to sort out - oh i forgot FAR donot appear to be playing ball but rather following the PSC/JOA unhelpful isn't it!.
