My Wife is a long term FMS Holder also and emailed the Company last night. This is their reply.
As a shareholder you don't have to do anything until Flinders has provided you with the relevant information so you can make an informed decision.
Flinders will also be holding shareholder consultation meetings in major capital cities prior to holding a meeting to vote on the agreement. These will be announced to the market in the next few days.
