I feel sorry for Ian, as he receives a large number of emails from shareholders and some emails have been aggressive & abusive as well (a year ago we discussed about this in hotcopper).
So even if it's his job to reply, he is no way obligated to respond to all queries.
Any info we receive from FAR management - email, tweet, video etc, should be appreciated, considering the circumstances.
Just my opinion, no intention to argue.
