good reply.....having available stock is just as likely to increase your negotiating power...not reduce it - providing there is enough strength to carry forward without needing sale proceeds for further work in the immediate future. U projections reflect higher demand building over next 3 years....once production successful would be the time I would commit to buying the cake - it would be a little risky to commit to buying the cake before its available....could result in having a birthday with a candle only. remove the risk buy buying available stock - particularly for a new producer and 1st lot of production.
