I was a little converned about the White Mesa Mill a few weeks ago so did some digging.

Found some minutes of a meeting from the White Mesa Mill Mgmgt stating that the shut down was scheduled and that upgrading and maintenance would be undertaken during shutdown period. It also gave pretty specific timeframe for start-up of the mill which, from memory, was July/August 2009. I posted a thread on these thoughts about 3-4 weeks back if anyone is interested.

Other posters had also found the same info...

Upside here is strong.

Directors buying on market (few weeks back)
Production next few months
Recent company emails to Hotcopperers saying all on schedule
Recent gov't announcements in US regarding increase in nuclear power and funding for 3 new nuclear stations

Just keep the U away from North Korea!!!
