Well Trader - looks like you were spot in re the oiler but the timeframe is apparently far quicker that you intimated. U cant win all time can u. So, since MS needs the refinary and offshore for the insto's one must assume this should be announced beofre the 7th July. Over the next 2 weeks ! However Falcon and CVI are discussing these things tonight so we should hear something much sooner IMO. No wonder the SP of CVI is holding up so well
