I remember when MS was going to US several months ago.
Everyone proclaimed He wont dare go without the concessions ( or the Caplin report..cant remember which).
Get set. He went empty handed. Nothing happened for CVI.

Here we go again. He'll have the concessions signed. He's going to Germany and USA. Wont dare go empty handed. Lalalala.


Several months ago he had a deadline of end March to make decisions on Offshore..they even got Sylvester in and gave him options....from end March it was just a matter of finance to cover the decisions they made. Now we hear, as of a few days ago "they are having a detailed review of the permits"????

Negotiations will START now. Goodness me!!!
