Absolutely agree. I get sick of hearing noise from people who buy into LICs and when the share price doesn't go in the direction they want , they start complaining that the fund should be wound up or converted to another structure and they continually bang on about closed funds and active management being dead concepts. Somehow, though, despite their hate of closed funds and active management, they somehow seem to be on the register of a multitude of actively managed LICs.
Let the manager do his job and if you're not happy press the sell button.
