    coming to an end of cash facility with only 7.5 mill more shares allowed to be drawn down.they want all future funding after the remnants to be institutional funding at 30 cents per share.we now have enough assetts in cityview to attract the institutions . we no longer have to live from hand to mouth. Am in NY all this week talking to the institutions about the CityView Saga.
