I sent an email to Sundance this afternoon regarding the MOU with the government and the progress of the drilling...

Here's the reply for those interested...

"Thank you for your email.
A near final draft of the MOU with the Government is currently being reviewed by the parties. However, we do not intend executing this document until we are 100% comfortable with all the terms."

"We currently have 3 rigs on site with an additional 3 rigs having arrived in country and in transit to site as we speak. We will progressively accelerate the release of drilling data over the coming months as the new rigs start to deliver results. We would expect this to be received positively by the market despite the current market pressures."
