If you look at the board of directors you have Paul Burton who is predominantly a geologist, Rex Turkington who is an academic, Greg Durack who's an operations and projects guy, John Davidson who is a career BOD guy but specialises in renewable energy. All of these guys have a place on the BOD, none of these guys are ideal for the current or future operation of TNG. Don't get me wrong, they have a future with TNG, but we need some more horsepower than we currently have. Given that TNG now has access to $10m we didn't think we needed (based on previous information from TNG), some of those funds should go towards ramping up recruitment.

TNG needs a career CEO with a proven record at start-ups or transitioning companies from ideas to practicality, not a geologist.

The Chaiman issue is separate but also valid, we need an Independent Chairman, and we need one two years ago. A lot of lost time which can't be made up, but some action needs to be taken since it seems the TNG BOD have become complacent. Another day another pay type of attitude based on the current progress.
