    Lloyds of London eh? sounds pretty fancy!

    Didnt Dexia whose funeral will be announced in Europe today came out number one in an unnamed second European bank stress test not too long ago:

    Is that the same Lloyds whose banking arm appeared at 11th best in that same stress test?
