bmn are possibly going to release an updated resource estimate of 100+ million pounds in april.
an underwritten issue of shares is set to close on 27 march.
if someone wants 10 million shares its advantages to keep the share price at sub the issue price.
i doubt you or any other retail investor would pay a 20% premium for a stock via a placement.
so who snaps up the shares under such circumstances????
hedge funds, instos, the underwriter????
so april will be interesting.
