Upon instructions from the ASX it was advised that we should make an

additional announcement so that we do not receive a second price enquiry.

The price increase was close to 30% without us having any knowledge as to

why the shares started to trade so quickly.



The Director sold 230,000 shares so he could lend Jinka Minerals Ltd

additional funds for working capital.



I understand your disappointment and frustration at the Company's progress

with the Martu but I assure you we are moving forward with negotiations,

slow as it may be. The Board appreciate all our long standing shareholders

and that we promise we are working towards achieving a mining agreement.
