Still no clear response regarding water and power. The email only said looking at a few good options for those.

Power in general shouldn't be a problem, always diesel, wind, solar options when power grid not available. Nothing a few $$ can't fix.

I hope we can tap into underground water, otherwise it's gonna be hell expansive desalinating sea water assuming no other options available.
