I really hope now that the China deal has been signed, the Howard government should take action against QLD and WA, however it looks like IMHO, Labour's anti uranium policy is falling apart anyway.
SMM would go ballistic if and when Labour's policy changes.
Sometimes I think that SMM should go straight to the Supreme Court accusing QLD of allowing BHP an un-fair competitive advantage, though I don't suppose that would make much sense to do, IMHO.
