Reading some Kenyan online news I think we will see that the Kenyan government is seeking guidance as a possible solution from existing miners. Already the news wires from that part of world are talking about providing some leeway.

It is clear that future licenses will get slapped with the 35% local law.

The fact that Tim is in Kenya and is offering a possible solution that could satisfy both parties is good news (obviously they knew this was coming).

I can now understand the instos smacking down the price, as maybe some have missed the fine print.

But this is way over done imo.
