A2 Andy will proceed with legal action regarding his excess stock. BUBS are already in the Courts for his overdue $5.6M. We wants $20M for his unsold stock ( buyer's remorse ). He will likely sell down his holdings to realise cash. David Bortolussi will be thinking "thank Christ I got rid of Andy and Peter Nathan".
Kristy will proceed with her bullying claims, also sell down her holdings to realise cash. She has trashed her reputation in Corporate Australia beyond repair. She won't work in the big end of town again. Probably a few minor Board roles.
Anyone else who bought shares as part of KC Team will also likely sell down.
