I think you are correct @kevinecom the share price will be fine and recover going forward.
Today I think we are seeing a sell-off of shares from Kristy and her supporters. It makes sense that they bought up shares to get over the 5% substantial share holding to force the EGM and the vote. Now, in defeat, they will be offloading those shares taking even more profit out of BUB's as they exit hopefully into the sunset. I expect there will be a Change in Substantial Holding announced in a few days to reflect this. Interesting times.
