I suspect they'll sell a very small number of shares today bringing their holding marginally under 5%.

That way, the change in holder notice will show virtually no change (i.e. 5.04% to 4.99%). After that they can sell (and buy) as many as they want so without a notice, so long as it remains below 5%.

Unfortunately, after receiving 30% percent support I doubt they will pack up and leave altogether. Ironically, had they waited a little longer for the current management to take greater ownership over the company's problems they probably would have had a better shot.
