Can you explain in more detail this statement : The comment about it being 50/50 if you remove C2's holding suggests this Jackson fellow is a bit dense. If you remove Save Our Bubs and Gance's holdings it effectively cancels out C2. The vote was basically 50% vs. 30% if you exclude those parties.
Are you saying Save Our Bubs and Gance's holdings are 20% ? Hence the vote was basically 50% vs. 30% if they ( Save Our Bubs and Gance ) are excluded. That means the vote was actually 62.% Retain & 37.% Spill on the shareholders, excluding Save Our Bubs and Gance ?
Gance might do some real damage to BUBS in Chemist Warehouse, if he is not happy.
