Afterextensive investigations, it was discovered that 300,286,997 shareswere issued for $0.001 per share prior to 1st July 2019. The recoveryof $295,000 has now been agreed between the Company and the holder ofthose unreported issued shares (“the Holder”); where the Holderhas agreed to repay the Company by 30th November 2020. The remaining$5,287 is not recoverable and was written off to cost of issueshares.
