    18March 2019 RE: AGREEMENT WITH CHINESE STEELMAKER

    YanGang,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tangshan Yanshan Iron and Steel Co Ltdof China (Yanshan),
    will invest $803,000 via a placement of 365million shares at $0.0022.

    Yanshanis a Chinese steelmaker with an annual production of 9 million tonnesof steel,
    which is more than the combined steel production ofAustralia and New Zealand.
