with cathode plant and being operational , you would have to think $80-100 million if it produced 9000 tonnes per year
Ive said it before , they should just bring in a Mining contractor give them a cost plus + 10% of overall profit after tax as a carrot ,and then just use the Capelambert personal to prove up more resources to keep it going , and bank the the remaining 90% profit to our bank account less tax of course .
