These are over enthusiastic figures that are re-hashed from fool to fool and unfortunately some people pick up on the figure and take it as gospel.

Remember: as yet they have dirt only, in a state that has only just quietly lifted a cheek and quaffed the possibility of even looking at a change in U mining policy. So stellar grades will equate to three fifths of FKUC_ALL if it can't get out of the ground.
