Go back to what happened when Kipps was appointed (the Board allowed him to sell 2million shares shortly after his appointment).
Tell me that because of the wisdom of the Board - the dumping of stock straight after was a good Board decision.
Oh and while we are on the Kipps story - tell me the Board made a good decision regarding his multi-million dollar pay-out for a completely stupid decision to appoint him.
No matter what claptrap you want to use to defend these clowns, you will not convince any half-smart person that the Board is blameless.
