In business you never buy a job, it's better to have equipment and personnel doing nothing for a while until you find a profitable job then go and undercut people and lose money for an extended period of time. Sounds like ludba works in a govt job? No business experience. Dropping prices puts pressure on existing contracts too. Customers start thinking they are getting ripped off
