What I don't understand: Why do we not have control over the processing plant when X64 is the entity's major shareholder (80%+ ownership). They could sack the BOD and bring in a new one and stop production to negotiate with PMC? But maybe law in the Philippines is different.
Anyway, going from 100 Mio AUD to zero (Voluntary Administration)....hard to believe all of that happened within 6 months. Hoping for the best for all of us as I also hold quite a bunch.
