I hope folks decide to email Louis with their thoughts. I certainly did and told him how unimpressed I was with the proposed resolutions to line his pockets while the share price after three years remains at or below the list price of 15 cents and revenue remains a pittance.

He needs to know our hard earned cash is what got this company off the ground and that he works for us ... not himself. We will reward him when the results are on the board in terms of revenue and profitability. The contentious up-coming AGM resolutions should be completely removed until then as they are leaving a very sour taste in the mouths of most share holders.
