Why don't SHs phone IG? I do not understand the reluctance many shareholders have in picking up the phone and asking the pertinent questions. Shareholders can let him know first hand thier concerns and and get instant feedback. Ideas, ways forward etc can be discussed. Likely to be much more fruitful than an email.
