100% don’t forget this is just a test period so daylight hours only for now, however, once A-3 conductor casing is secure and production starts proper then this buffer tank filling station should be flowing non-stop!! It will be lit up like a Christmas tree, compliant with any necessary safety regs, all-weather protection in place, loading dock cemented and finished. I’d like to think that would definitely be the case. Surely!?
