Hi Mozart,

I agree. There is nothing new in the response and although I was happy to get one, I found nothing in it to offer any reassurance and nothing to suggest any likelihood of updates to come.

I have no idea whether the BRM board have effective counter measures that they are holding close to the chest, or whether they are floundering around looking for legal avenues to pursue while the whole situation slips further and further beyond their control.

I am not happy at all with their apparent lack of action and the deafening silence at a time when regular updates are critical to maintaining investor confidence. It seems to me that their silence is playing exactly into Wah Nam's hands and that's the last thing we need.

I am definitely not a happy camper at the moment. Maybe I'll feel more positive tomorrow, but if I do, it will be no thanks to the BRM board.
